• How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within the timeframe shown at checkout. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.

• How are items packaged for shipping?

Your order is carefully packed to help protect it during transit. From puzzles to gifts and accessories, we take steps to ensure your items arrive in great condition and ready to enjoy. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

• Does Bits and Pieces accept certificates/coupons?

Yes, we frequently offer promotional coupons and sell e-certificates. Replacement certificates are also accepted.

• What should I do if my puzzle is missing a piece or a product arrives damaged?

We understand how frustrating it can be when something isn’t quite right. If your puzzle is missing a piece or your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll work with you to make it right so you can enjoy your purchase with confidence.

• Do your puzzles include a separate reference poster?

Our puzzles are designed to be completed using the box lid as your reference image. Many puzzlers prefer this approach because it’s sturdy, convenient, and keeps everything in one place. For an even easier experience, puzzle box lid holders can help position your image while you work.
