I saw the poor review about the time I got it open. I cracked up at the previous review. If you treat it like a pack of cigarettes and tap it on your other palm, you hear it click and it opens easily. If not, turn it over and try again. Only works in one direction.

Awful product. Will NOT open
Colossal waste of money. Will NOT open. There should be a video on website. The directions read tap to open. Ummm ok. Nope. Tap where. Beyond annoyed. Save your money
