Company service is excellent - 5 Star.

Muted sound from speaker on bottom. Needs to stand on right platform. Item came damaged in shipment. Company replaced immediately. Few days later a good one came. Daughter put it out front and dress it up with a bow, scarf, umbrella, lots of whimsical things to encourage a smile from passersby. I am sure Gerty loves her new home!
